Coupon Basics

The world of couponing can be very overwhelming.  I remember when I first started out.  I had my coupons in hand, my scenarios ready, and I stood frozen in the middle of the Rite Aid aisle.  I had no idea where any of the items were, some of the items were missing, my scenarios wouldn't work.  I didn't know what to do so I just left.  I've come a long way since then but I still make mistakes.  The idea behind my blog is to help make it easier on you!   There will be frustrations along the way but if you stick to it, you'll be amazed at the deals that you can get!  Pay for toothpaste.....never again!

My biggest piece of advice: Start slow!  You don't have to go out and conquer four stores on your first try.  Get to know one store really well before you start learning a new one.

Second piece of advice: Become a fan of Spectacular Savings on Facebook, subscribe to Spectacular Savings daily emails (on sidebar), and become a follower (on sidebar)!  Don't miss out on all the deals!

  1. Thanks Heather. I'm just getting started in the couponing world and you helped me remember that it doesn't happen overnight.
