Viewpoints: Write 10 Reviews, Get $10 Amazon Gift Card!!

What is Viewpoints?  Viewpoints is a Web site dedicated to helping people make smarter shopping decisions. Viewpoints offers consumer reviews, advice and opinions from everyday consumers and passionate writers.

What do I have to do to get a $10 Amazon gift card?  It's pretty simple actually!
**Go to Viewpoints and register
**Click on the "Write a Review" tab
**Write a review for any product (within the large list of categories listed here) that contains at least 900 characters.  If you need some ideas, just click on the "Read a Review" tab.
**Write the reviews between January 28 and February 11
**Valid to the first 10,000 people to qualify

Viewpoints.com will email a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card to recipients who wrote 10 qualifying reviews. Gift cards will be sent out within 30 days of the program conclusion. Go here to read the official rules.

I was so excited to see this offer! I have been trading my Swagbucks in for Amazon gift cards in hopes that I will be able to get a new car seat for my daughter completely FREE! It is a race against the clock right now because she will be needing one soon! So this couldn't have come at a better time!!

I have not completed this offer but I do intend to.  Typically I like to complete an offer before I let you know about it but if I waited for the $10 Amazon gift card to be posted, it would be too late for you to participate!

Happy Reviewing!

  1. Thanks, I just did it. Wasn't sure how they were gonna know I submitted 10. So I sent an email inquiry. But, I appreaciate that you posted this before you had time to do it. It did take awhile. Be sure to read the instructions, it's not just any products. And, their site is a bit slow, so it takes awhile to find the things you want to review. Most name brand products are listed. I did some makeup, home products, baby products.

  2. I have done the last 3 promotions from them and they always work! The first one I got a free Barnes & Noble card ($5 for 5 reviews), the second was a restaurants.com gift card for 5 reviews, and now this one! They do come in the email typically 1 month after. They have to look at your reviews and make sure you qualify. They are trying to build their community and reviews...it's working!

  3. ARGGHHHH!!! I am so mad. I didn't read the rules and I did ten reviews and only one is elegible for the promotion. Don't know if I'll keep on or not. Yes, make sure if you do this, read the rules first!!!

  4. You can go back and edit your reviews. I did the same thing. I didn't make them long enough, so I'm going back and adding more.

  5. I wish I had known it takes a month, I wouldn't have been sitting here wondering if I could buy the diaper deal online today or not. Wish they had made that clear, I read the rules & to me they were the typical legal mumbo jumbo. I did 14 reviews just in case a couple didn't qualify & no reply. I see 28 people read my reviews but that doesn't help me.

  6. Just wanted to clarify - I think the first 10,000 *reviews* qualify, not the first 10,000 *reviewers.*

  7. This definitely wasn't a very straightforward promotion. I noticed that the official rules conflicted a bit with the list of categories. The Official rules said baby and the categories listed specific baby items. So I guess we'll see! I hope to get the $10 but won't be crushed if I don't.

  8. Well, it's been well over a month, I've sent message to Meredith and Jolie, the owners of viewpoints, and no response. I can't get any info or contact info for the company. I've heard nothing at all. I know I did it well within the rules. My reviews were done in the beginning of January. I wrote more than I needed to. I'm irritated bc I spent time on those reviews. Time I could have put into other projects. AND they have my personal info and I see that they have gotten a lot of people who read my posts, some of which were even rated as helpful, and one of which over 500 people read. So they got their benefit for what I did... I would never recommend their website to anyone.

  9. Kasia - I was wondering about it as well! I just checked the official rules and it stated that the codes would be posted 30 days from the end of the promotion. The promotion ended February 11 so it is possible that the codes will be posted in about a week or so. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Please let me know if you hear anything from the owners!! I completely understand the frustration as I spent a lot of time on it as well.
