Back in November, I told you about an easy way to earn a $5 Target gift card! Well, I just checked it out and the offer is still available and quite easy to do! Here's some more information:
Lilaguide.com features real parent reviews of the best hot spots, services, shops and events in your area as well as online parenting groups that hook up thousands of moms in each city.
LilaGuide.com relies on the reviews of its visitors - people like you and me! To encourage people to write some reviews, they are offering a $5 Target Gift Card to everyone that writes at least 10 reviews! It isn't well advertised (click on the Reviews tab and you will see it under "Write a Review") but once you start writing reviews, you will get an email or two letting you know how many more reviews need to be written before you earn your gift card! The great news....it doesn't specify how many words or characters you need to write! That takes the pressure off a bit!
I finished writing my reviews in about 20 minutes and got an email confirmation that my gift card would be on its way shortly. And I did receive my gift card!! Not bad for about 20 mintues of my time!!
Did you do the other one before (can't remember the name of the site right now!) that was offering a $10 gift card to Amazon for writing reviews? I did that one but never got an e-mail or anything like that.
ReplyDeleteI did do the Viewpoints offer and haven't heard anything either. I checked the official rules yesterday and it said that the Amazon codes would be posted 30 days after the end of the promotion. The promotion ended on Feb. 11 so they still have a few days. I'm hoping we'll be getting an email from them soon!
ReplyDeleteThe LilaGuide gift card offer is much easier! It doesn't require a specific amount of words or characters so you aren't stretching to figure out what to write. And you get an email confirmation at the end which is nice. It doesn't leave you up in the air as to whether or not you will receive it.
Thanks - just did it twice (one for me and one for my husband). It was a stretch to find some places in Grand Rapids. They need to add more places and products to their lists. $10 easy!
ReplyDeleteWhere do you sign up to do this? I am on the LilaGuide homepage and have searched around a little and I can't find anything on there about getting a Target gift card for writing reviews.

ReplyDeleteCrystal - You need to register for the site and when you go to "Reviews" tab there is a banner under the "Write Reviews" section that says "Receive a $5 Target Gift Card when you write 10 Reviews." After you write your first review, you'll get an email that will mention the promoation.
I got the email. Both are going to come in the mail. Now should I do my three kids??? Hmmmm...is that ethical?
